Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

It took a bit longer to post these cookies up cause I didn't have my computer.  But they were a smashing hit with my co-workers!

Pumpkin Mash-up

I had a friend send me this picture knowing that I would totally laugh,  and I did!!  I'm a really big fan of the very popular TV series Game of Thrones,  and have a huge love for pumpkin things so this mash-up was perfect for me. 

I hope everyones beginning there fall baking and let those smells of fall fill the kitchens!

It's that time...

You know what a Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte means...  It's unofficially fall!  It's back and proudly celebrating its 10 year anniversary. So head on down to your nearest Starbucks and get one...  And while you're there,  try one of the scones, loaf slices, or cream cheese pumpkin muffin.

In case you didn't know you can get the Pumpkin Spice Latte as a FRAPPICINO! Thats right, you read that correctly I said a frappicino. It tastes like a liquid form of a cold slice of pumpkin pie. Delicious!  It's not on the menu, but you just have to ask.

Seriously the BEST pumpkin pancakes!

These pumpkin pancakes are truly the BEST ever! Did I say they were the BEST... Seriously they are.  If you haven't ever had pumpkin pancakes, you need to try this recipe.

Baked Pumpkin Donuts

That's right! Baked Pumpkin Donuts!! These sweet things don't even come near a deep fryer.  So your going to need to get a doughnut pan, and if you don't have one you can make them into cupcakes.

Your going to need to be prepared to make these doughnuts a lot! Once you bring these into the office you'll be getting non-stop requests.

Princess Cupcakes

Had a request for some Princess Cupcakes that were egg free, and icing sugar free. This was a really good challenge because it really had me thinking outside of the box. My first reaction was the frosting... I didn't think you could make frosting without it!! Crazy, but as it turns out you totally can!  I've included all the links for both the frosting and cupcakes below.

Hamburger Cupcakes

These so far have to be the most fun cupcakes I've made so far.  You will get everyone looking twice when they realize there cupcakes!

If you are in a hurry to make these you can totally use some box mixes for brownies and cupcakes.  The French fries are made with a pound cake loaf, but you can buy one from your local grocery store in the bakery department.

Easter Cupcakes

Easter is such a wonderful holiday for beautiful pastel colors. I was out shopping and saw a rack of shirts that were literally every color that sums up Easter and decided that I must make cupcakes with them.

The cupcakes are your regular yellow mix, and then I made some Butter Cream Frosting that was tinted pastel colors - purple, pink, yellow, and green.  Michael's Craft store sold these really neat cupcake liners that fold together to form a Easter basket.
